Samāpatti Yoga is a growing community rooted in the science and philosophy of Raja Yoga, the royal path. Following the Himalayan tradition, the practice explores the union of mind and body through breath. Eight separate limbs are incorporated into the practice including ways of living, postures, breathing, relaxation, concentration, and meditation. We offer:

These classes in the Madison, WI area connect our lives on and off the mat. With a focus on energetic expression of the poses, peacefulness of breath, and calmness of mind, the all-level practices offer modifications and accommodations for all. 10Class, 5Class and Drop Ins are available.
MOBILE
Available in the Midwest, customized classes, workshops, and retreats are offered to individuals and groups on your schedule. Past experiences have included:
