After 30 years of informal coaching, I took the leap during lockdown to earn a Brain-based Coaching Certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute. After engaging in 100 hours of high-impact coaching conversations, I earned the gold standard in coaching, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credential.
